College- Marist in Poughkeepsie, NY

Ironically, I lived in the apt. upstairs from him, but we met in a bar. He stalked me from across the bar and kept 'bumping into me' as I crossed the bar. Dopey me actually thought it was a coincidence!

We met playing an online video game. Wow, how geeky is that!!! we both played this game called Ultima Online (some ofyour FH's might play it). Basically it is a video game that you play with other real people all over the world in real time. It kinda has a dungeon and dragons type theme, you know, with dragons and monsters and swords and stuff. Anyway, I was purchasing an item(in the game) from a friend of his, we were introduced, and it turned out that he lived in the same town in real life. Now, thousands of people play this game... is it just a coincidence that I meet a guy living a few blocks away from me?

Anyway, we did the instant message thing for a while,, talked on the phone, and finally met in person on 10/21. He picked me up and we went pumpkin picking out east. It was the BEST day, warm for october, and sunny. We then had a wonderful dinner and have been together ever since.

He worked with one of my best friends from High School. The girl and I drifted off from each other when college started. One night out of the blue we were talking on the phone and decided it would be nice to see each other again. I went to her house and Darren, who was a co-worker of hers, came over. I feel in love right there but it took us about 3 weeks to finally start dating way back when in May of 1996. We are getting married 10 days before our seven year anniversary.

We lived in the same dorm freshman year of college. We actually noticed each other before that though. The summer before freshman year, I worked with his girlfriend at the time and I remember seeing him visit her and he remembers me! Then we went upstate to college and met in our freshman dorm. I was dating a friend of his and he was still dating the girl from high school. Things didn't work out with either of them, and we started dating shortly after. It's now been seven and a half years!!!!

We met through one of my co-workers who he is good friends with at a party. Now she's one of my BM! Funny how things work out sometimes!

I went to a party at HIS house (didn't know him but knew his brother) with ANOTHER guy.

. lol! We became instant friends. We started dating a year and a half later after I dumped the other guy

Life has a funny way of working out!

We met at one of his fraternaty parties six years ago. I actually didn't want to go at all that night but my friend made me. I'm glad she did!

We met at college - - back in 1985 - - but didn't start dating 'til 1997.....
We kept in touch after we graduated. I even went to his 1st wedding. He invited me without a date - and I didn't realize until I was almost there that I wasn't really going to know anybody. (We had different circles of friends in college.) But - I was a 'trooper' and smiled and lasted the whole day. When I left though, I remember thinking that when I get married - I'm inviting him - alone!! (Obviously as he had just gotten married - I didn't really mean it.) Well, his marriage didn't last too long... Years later, he stopped by my place on the way home from the Hamptons - and things took a different turn... So - I am inviting him to my wedding alone - - He'll be the one standing next to me as the groom!!!!

We met at an event called Speeddating.... funny thing is that my future FH wasn't one of my dates and he had to hope that I checked yes
which I did and the rest is history.....

Lets seeeeeeeeee..
I was 16 and working at RockBottom ( lol)
and he was 22 and applying to go to medical school and working part time in rockbottom as a stock boy..
He asked me out for dinner one night and we have been together ever since..
HE tells me NOW that he was actually dared to ask me because he had wanted to for months and never thought I would ever say yes to 'someone like him'.
How sweet is that!
Now I wonder what I ever did to deserve HIM

We met in college, but didn't begin dating until aferwards. It was weird.. we never hung out or anything.. however, there was something about him that I was intrigued by...

We met by chance one night out..

We met at work. I was working pt at a car dealership while I was in college and just before I was going to quit b/c I needed to study my but off for my boards he started to work there. If I had quit the week before as planned we would have never met!!

LOL Yabbo! I saw Carson Daly on the Upper East Side about a year ago while me and my girlfriend were walking her dog on a hungover Sunday morning. Needless to say we looked like hell. He is REALLY tall and very handsome and had blue nail polish on. He was also wearing a puffy silver North Face coat.
