So I've decided that I should start looking at gowns. I did some trying on at David's Bridal and liked 2 dresses, but I hear that their service leaves a lot to be desired. Any advice on where to go wedding gown shopping?

I found my gown at The Wedding Center in Commack. I ordered it from Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills.

Bridal Suite of Centereach...they were EXTREMELY nice and worked with me on the price.
It just s*cks because I live in Queens and it took FOREVER to get there..I went in either June or July and still havent been back for the fitting (for them to order) and I already left my deposit

I acutally fell in love with the first gown that I tried on.. it was at Lillette's in Baldwin. If you go there ask for Gerri- she's a doll to work with.
I also went to David's Bridal- tried on several gowns there but I didn't like them at all.

I got mine at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I had a good experience so far and they have a large selection of designers.

I got mine at Amsale in Manhattan. IF you dont find any dresses you like , Klenfelds in the city has a huge selection of dresses

yes, i got mine at RK BRIDAL. i found them so helpful and really patient and nice. when i ordered my dress it came in within days. very resonable prices too...
