I registered at Macys and BBB
At Macys, I was treated like royalty...everyone was REALLY helpful and my mom and I enjoyed ourselves
At BBB, we were treated ok...we went at 5pm on a Friday, and 3 other people wanted to register at the exact same time and there wasn't enough staff to help everyone properly. But other than that, the experience was fine...we were helped out on the floor when we had questions.

BBB I am a big fan...really nice people in the bridal department. Big selection plus coupons!!! Williams-Sonoma...I'm a chef so they have all the specialty stuff I need plus I work there so I'm biased lol. When I help people that come in with a registry I tend to take a lot of time with them because that's what we're taught to do. If your guests are looking for a little more one-on-one help picking a gift, Williams-Sonoma is definitely a good choice. I had registered at Fortunoff but I moved everything to BBB. I decided not to do 3 places.
