Where did you register? I need suggestions!

I plan on BBB, Macy's and a few things at fortunoffs.

I like Macy's and BBB because they let you use coupons and i'm 'deal shopper'. I'm doing fortunoff's by force from some relatives that like to shop there.

FH and I also didn't want towels or some other things people usually ask for, like a vacuum, anything bathroom related, etc. We already have our own place so we have those things.

I did want China, though.

Originally I reg'ed at Fortunoff. Then I went on the BBB website and realzed that they carry every single thing that I was registered at Fortunoff for but for significantly less $$. So I switched all my stuff to BBB.

Then I registered for formal china, crystal and new bedding at Macy's.

As far as what I registered for at BBB, I registered for new pots, every day china, flatware, some kitchen electrics, etc. HTH.

Did household stuff at BBB and Macys and electronics (tv, digital camera, etc) at sears.....but the sears website is annoying to work with

I also had the same thing with fortunoff and had the 10% off and had points accumulated from ppl buying stuff and honestly still wasn't worth it. The bands i wanted which werent extravagant at all, it was just my exact setting which is a channel setting and thats it, they were charging $3,000 so even with 10% really wouldn't have made a big deal. There was one they had that was a little over $2k which was the lowest price, but although it was same setting it was real small and didnt match my set well. They charge more than double than any other jeweler for the EXACT same thing. The one i saw at fortunoff for $3k i got the same one for under $1k. Not to mention i got real annoyed bc after fh purchased his there, his wasn't a bad price though but he bought a titanium one, i asked them if they can clean my ring and they said NO! didnt matter that my fh purchased something and that we were registered there. Quite a few ppl warned me, and even one girl at my shower said dont go to fortunoff bc i told her thats where im getting my bands. She had just bought hers and said they are more than double. I said its ok bc i have 10% off, not to mention that we also got their CC when we registered which they offer, i had a fortunoff GC from my shower, so with all this i was like how can we not go to fortunoff, it'll work out better but didn't

I went to a jeweler fmil uses and got it for ALOT less, a couple thousand less actually
