i bought alot of my furniture from ikea.. it was a great price..

are you looking for long term or short term furniture?

I bought most of our furniture from Ikea when we moved into our apartment. Its not exactly long term furniture so when we move into a house we'll have to replace it.

There is a stretch of Rte 112 that had a bunch of furniture stores and so does Rte 110 in the Farmingdale area...

Check out Flemington in NJ. You can order from them and they are reasonable, from what I've heard.

We actually went to bob's discount furniture today. They had some nice things at good prices but it's not GOOD furniture. I would say that if this is something for more of a temporary basis try there, if not, if you are looking for good quality, I like Raymour and Flannigan. Pier One and Crate and Barrel also have some nice things too.
