Where do I put this?

Where do I put this?

I have a hankerchief from my grandmother with a little blue butterfly on it (I love butterflies, that is what Papillon means).....My grandma passed away about 5 yrs ago and i wanted to use this as my 'Something Blue' - but where do I put it on the day of? Tuck it into my bra or something? It sort of seems weird....

It is so nice that you have something so special to remember your grandma with. I'm not exactly sure how you'd do it, but could you tuck it into your bouquet somehow?

you could sew or pin it onto the inside of your dress if you want to??

You can pin it to the inside of your dress....or maybe use it to wrap the stems of your bouquet, with the butterfly showing.

ok so this is going to sound funny - but the only thing i have from my grandma who passed decades ago - are her light blue underwear that she embroidered herself ( her house was robbed during my grandfather's funeral recently )

so my mom is sewing this into the inside of my dress for my wedding day. . .i think you can definitely do the same!

If I was you and it was possible I would like to use it to wrap my bouquet.. if not.. then you can sew it into your dress

I used a hankerchief my mom gave me on my wedding day and wrapped it around my bo-k as I walked down the aisle, just in case I got weepy

i agree with the other girls. I would stuff it in my bra or pin it to my dress. I wouldn't sew it to my dress only becuase I would then want to take it and pass it on to the next generation.
