Where do you get a great facial with extraction?

How many months before wedding should you start having (or have a) facial?

I once had one and it was GREAT! They took so much stuff out of my pores (kind of gross though).

Looking for recommendations.

I had a facial with extraction at the Red Door Salon/Spa, the one on 5th Ave in NYC.

I'm not sure about the timeline but I guess base it on how sensitive your skin is to this kind of stuff. Like I have to get waxed 2-3 days before an event since I'm still kind of red

Where do you live?

Salon and Spa Osio in Oceanside, gives great ones..

I went last week to Maximus for a facial and she did a lot of extracting and my skin looks and feels wonderful this week. My favorite esthetician is Linda S.

I am a huge fan of Mario Badescu, which is in Manhattan. In fact, I have an appt there next week!

Love Mario, great facials at a good price.

I think you should have a facial no less than 3 weeks before the wedding, that's what I plan on doing. You should get a few and see how your skin reacts.

i went 1 week before my wedding never ever had one- OUCH- but omg my skin was flawless- I cant wait to go again!! No break outs at all and my face is super sensitive!

I go to Ascend Day Spa in Forrest Hills. I read about it in Time Out and it got better reviews than the place I used in Manhattan. I LOVE how flawless my face looks and at $65 an hour with extraction it's a great deal.

I like Oasis Day Spa in NYC. There are two locations - Union Square and Park Avenue. I personally like the Park Ave facilities better. I had a great facial there (with extraction) not to mention the best massage.
