i got a really nice large lined wooden basket with a lid. we keep it in the corner of the bedroom - not that DH ever uses it!!!

My DH's hamper is the floor

Jenn must be a ':John'thing, cause this one leaves his clothes in every freakin room in this house!

in the laundry room.. we have a laundry shoot in both bathrooms on our floor.. THANK GOD FOR THAT lol

OUr new house has this too, I cant wait to not have to worry about carrying the hamper up and down the stairs!

Until we move in though I keep my hamper in my bedroom closet

It's the best!! and I don't have to yell at DH for leaving his crap everywhere! hehe

My FH walks his dirty clothes into the bathroom, slides the shower door open and then places his dirty clothes ON TOP of the hamper It's not like he drops them on the floor wherever he is sitting, he actually gets up and walks them to the hamper, now I ask you, WHY CAN'T YOU OPEN THE LID AND JUST PUT THE F^&% CLOTHES IN THERE????? It just baffles me!

I had this problem but not for long....I told him if it is not in the Hamper it won't get washed!! I took about a week of me looking at clothes all over....but now he is cured
