where do you ladies plan on

getting your bedroom/livingroom furniture after your married? For the ladies who are already living together with fh, where did you get your livingroom and bedroom sets?
I want a light tan(fabric) with black leather sofas.. I forgot where I saw it.. and Icant find it online I know that is not very descriptiveee ughh lol

My bedroom furniture is from Levitz, but they're not in business anymore. Our coffee table, end tables, and dining room set are from Bob's.

right now our stuff is from Ikea since we were previously in an apartment....now that we are in a house and we know the layout, we plan on shopping around, probably bob's or raymour

We got our bedroom furniture at Bob's and I refer EVERYONE there! They were GREAT to work with and I LOVE our furniture. Living room we got from a friend's sister but I hear Ashley's Furniture is doing GREAT sales now. And DEF check out Bob's on 110 or look online.

we got our couch from jennifer convertibles about 4 years ago. we love it! they have some excellent deals there on pretty good quality stuff. our bedroom furniture is a whole mess of things but when we get a whole matching set, i plan to check out bobs first because of their great prices. right now, we have a dresser from ikea and a headboard. we have 2 other small dressers from one of those furniture wholesale stores.

oh and just a tip, they have amazing really great quality rugs at tricounty for 75-120 bucks.

Probably Bob's, with some stuff fromIkea because well...I love Ikea stuff.

FH wants a leather couch. This has been causing distress for me since I don't use animal skins nor do I think it's a smart decision since we'll have three cats by the time we move in together...and cats love to scratch at stuff like that.

I told him that if he wants a leather couch, then it needs to come out of his paycheck entirely and I'll buy myself a nice fabric La-Z-Boy...

Somewhere cheap to start out with. We will probably buy a nice bedroom set and then upgrade all other pieces as time goes on.

OMG my apt is a hodge podge of stuff as well!

My FH actually built our bed from one I saw that i liked in West Elm. Nightstands are Ikea that I re-covered with faux bois contact paper.

Couches are from Jennifer Convertibles - I got a three piece set (couch, loveseat & chair) for like $1200 or something like that - and that's with a $200 lifetime stain thing.

Most of everything else is a mix of hand-me-downs, West Elm and CB2!
