where do you shop?

I have just started buying maternity clothing and wanted to know where everyone else shops? Some stores are so expensive.

I have gotten a few things in Khols, Motherhood and Jcpennys. Tonight I am going to check out Old Navy in Garden City.

Thanks. Does anyone know wher I can get jeans that do not have the blue strechy stuff in front, but just a regular elastic waste?

Try Target too. I have also found some shirts at Sears. I am tall and have a long torso so it's been a challenge to find maternity tops that are long enough. Happy shopping! Maternity jeans are so comfy.

I found just about all my clothes at gap.com - they fit me well and are comfy, yet well made. The Old Navy things were good too.

I got a few items at Motherhood but found many of their things to be really cheap (both in price and quality).

The best place for jeans: OLD NAVY, I got both panel jeans and low rise with elastic (and pockets!!) and the lose rise are my FAVORITE!
I went to the one in Westbury and they have a rather large maternity section.

Ive also gotten stuff at JCPenney and Kohls.

They definitely sell them at Motherhood but beware, they will only work in the first part of your pregnancy. Most women have to eventually give into the stretchy front panel pants, which for some reason, they can NEVER make to match the pants!!!!

I went to Old Navy in the Source last night and thought they had a great maternity section. I got capri jeans with no big blue panel and they expand on the side as you get bigger. I love them!!

I have those pants too from Old Navy. I also have a pair of jeans with the blue panel and love them. Thanks for all the suggestions. You ar all a really big help. Have a great holiday weekend.

Gap online has maternity too! I love their clothes, also Old Navy has been pretty good to me, HOWEVER, I feel they are not always true to their size, but still cute little clothes... For work I've been perusing Motherhood, but this weekend, I'm heading out to Mimi Maternity...

Mimi is having a sale on summer stuff. Its still a bit expensive, but some of their stuff is really cute.

I've used Motherhood Maternity a lot (esp. for work clothes), Kohl's (found a couple of things), Target (found great jeans and some shirts), Macy's and JCPenny (for a couple of things).

Mimi was having some great sales - definitely check it out.

Also - don't know where you live but Macy's in the Walt Whitman Mall has a maternity section and I got quite a few things all on sale.
