There's a North Carolina Furniture showroom in Yonkers. They say they have the best prices. Alot of furniture is made in N.C. so I guess they don't have alot of overhead at the showroom it's shipped direct or something.
It's on Central Ave in Yonkers and if you're interested I'll find out the proper name of it for you.

don't go to THE PLACE on Rt. 110 for couches.....we had to wait 14 weeks for out couches after they told us 6-8 tops! The couches are pretty - but dealing with them was very frustrating!!!

Seigerman's on 110 North was great for us - couches came in exactly 5 weeks as promised! The had a huge selection and tons of fabric to choose from

Does anyone know about Levitz?
My FH and I went up and down 110 today and looked at a lot of furniture, I have no clue!!!
We know what we like but we just want to make sure that we are getting good quality at a reasonable price! Thanks!

we bought our dining room set and our three piece coffee table set, and our recliner through Levitz (Lake Grove). They are always on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just bought our living room set, dinette, and queen mattress set from Seamans on old country road in carle place. If you go there ask for Frank Cusa. He is really nice and he wont make you feel uncomfortable....There are a few salesman there that are really pushy.

I always recommend trying Fortunoff's Clearance center. It is hit or miss, but a friend of mine got her whole house furnished for under $10,000....and she has a 5 BR 2 LR home.

WRONG!! My FH and I had horrible problems with them and their delivery. 1st we get the wrong couch piece, then they don't show up at all and then we finally got our couch weeks later. We got a ton of money refunded because they were complete imbeciles! Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase from their again.

FH got all the stuff for his apt. from La-z Boy on 110. Delivery was incredibly fast (less than a week) and the stuff is great. I thought it was a little expensive, but it is quality stuff and the couches have recliners on each side, etc.
