Having problems rit now with FMIL dress

As much as I dont get along with FMIL good but this pisses me off...
We got a size 4 base on the measurements the seamstress took...
Now apparently Her Dress DOESNT FIT & She is suppose to be a Size 8!!!!!!! not a 4!
She hasnt gain weight in fact she lost 5pounds!!!!!

And this ppl are giving her a DISPLAY DRESS for THE SAME PRICEEEEEEEEEEEE
Saying that The alteratiions & the cleaning are the discounTTTT

Sorry girls, Ive been so busy at work (which is where I spent most of my time on LIW haha) And been in Fla the past week so I'm gonna try to go on more but its been so crazy around here!
