As for me.. I grew up in Massapequa (class of '90) but about 3 yrs ago I moved to Valley Stream, and i'm still there (unfortunately).

I grew up in Port Jeff and I graduated from Ward Melville HS, I then went to Monmouth University in New Jersey for four years and then I lived in Manhattan and went to grad school at NYU. I am now back in Port Jeff.!!!!!

Born and raised in Staten Island. Attended Binghamton University ('01).
FH is from Wantagh. Graduated MacArthur HS in '96, Binghamton University in '00.
We both still live in our hometowns and hope to be moving to Queens when we start out, then eventually buy a home on LI.

I was born in Odessa on the Black sea. Like you, I will probably do the wedding at Leonard's, it's the 'russian' thing :)..

I think the 'russian thing' is to have it at Restaurant in Brooklyn. I think Leonards is the one step above the typical russian.
I have been to Odessa for a gymnastics competitions, its beautiful there, from what I can remember.

Its in style I guess, in the lest few years I've been to many friends' wedding at Leonards and some in Astoria in Queens.
I didnt start looking for anything, I just got engaged. I've been looking at dresses online a bit only. With the musicians I will use the same as my friends, who will do 'russian style', so the family and the attendants will have fun.
