I need a strapless, low back w/ a deep V in the front. My first fitting is Friday and I've been going crazy tring to find something. HELP!!!!

I wouldn't go with a low back strapless.. it will just pull your boobs down.. if anything go no bra and just get the dress corset-tight around the waist and ribs and looser around the bust to keep it up... or get boob tape and insertable pads... less expensive and looks great

I didn't want to wear a bra, but the seamstress said a bra might be better b/c it will give me lift and fullness that cups can't. Are most of you ladies not wearing a bra?

I went to the Orchard Corset center in lower Manhattan. If you show them a picture of your dress they will find the right bra for you.

I would also try Georgettes. It is a undergarmet store located on 107. Thelady can tell yoru bra size by looking at you.

I would try to do a bra if I you can. (I own a lingerie boutique- Sweet Lace Lingerie in Bellmore) your seamstress is right, if fills your dress out much nicer than cups will. You will not get the lift you desire with cups. A long line bra will NOT pull your boobs down. Rather the opposite. You can have your bra stitched to the inside of your gown to hold up the dress, and this prevents slipage.
The LeMystere one is definetly one of the best! I wore it on my wedding day (you can look at my pics in the album to see how it looked w/ the dress)

Girls always get your undergarments at least 1 month prior to your dress fitting, it'll alleviate stress levels a little!
