So right now I have just booked the RH, hopefully before the end of this month I will book my video/photographer. Where is everyone else?

We booked RH in Oct took a break, working on photo & Video (pretty much booked on video...) this will be done this month! next is officiant & dj (already asking around then idk!! ?? not too worried about florist bc we are doing our own centerpieces
Have my dress & accessories, BM dresses & accessories Have most of shoes for shoe basket
Next, is my STDs. (we need to really finalize this guest list!!!) I won custom invitations at TWOTY, so I will start looking into that soon! Still playing around with favor ideas.
oooh and Honeymoon can be booked super soon bc it's almost a year now!
ETA Hopefully we decide NOT to do hotels bc I feel like that stresses me

I have RH and photo/video booked.
Working on Officiant right now. Gonna start the DIY save the dates within a few weeks.
Next will come DJ, and after that florist and limo. And I am still toying with the idea of a coordinator. Still don't know if we can afford it. I think thats it for the major checks.
I already have my dress and some of my accessories. In fact my headpiece is 95% done atm (its a custom piece being made). After that is done, all that is left for my outfit is my shoes and making the sleeves to connect to my dress.
FH is working on figuring out where to get the kilts, so I can have the swatch in order to talk to people bout my girls outfits. Then I can order their gifts and be set with them.

Booked so far: Church, reception hall, flowers, DJ, cigar roller, photobooth, hospitality hour music, cocktail hour music, dinner entertainment, ceremony wedding dress bought, video booked, photographer, hair stylist and makeup booked. Waiting on invitation samples from a few places. Engagement party is booked and is on March 4th of this year at Besito in Roslyn and the 'Will you be my bridesmaid' boxes are almost done.
Need to book: Need to look for recption dress, place for tuxes, and need to put deposit on limos.
Wow you have everything done! Looks like we are date twins for our engagement parties . I have Church, RH, Photographer and Videographer. Hopefully after the Villa showcase this week I'll have more!

Booked my church & RH. I know where I'm getting my favors from. Photography will *hopefully* be done by the end of the month. Dress shopping the end of March. Then hopefully the DJ & florist

We've booked the Chuch, Venue, DJ and Photobooth. We're meeting with some vendors about the Video this weekend and I have a huge stack of magazines to hopefully find me some inspiration for my dress (I just haven't seen anything to Wow me yet). I promised the FH I would give him a week or 2 off from constant wedding planning, so starting March we will pick back up with the hotel, limo, photo and flowers.

Don't be scared... most of the people on this site are not typical planners! Even though on Long Island you typically do have to book things earlier than in other parts of the country, nearly every vendor that I have met with says that I am a big early bird and I am one of the earliest 2013 weddings... so do not worry! I worried too when I saw this site, but have calmed down significantly since realizing this! LOL
