where is that encouragement thread?

i went to try on dresses on Friday and it went better than i thought....meaning, i was not crying on how awful the dresses looked. That is teh good news.

the bad news is that since then, i have been totally off my diet. So...i officially need a kick in the rear to get back on the wagon
