No, it's not like a costco. You can get soy and organic items there. I know there is one on Larkfield Road in Commack.

Trader Joe's Locations There are a few around. It's nothing like Bj's, it's like a cross between a health food store and a supermarket. They have great stuff, and the prices are great!

trader joes has unique food items that might be hard to get in regular grocery stores. they carry alot of low fat, organic, low carb foods. there is one on long beach rd in oceanside, merrick rd in bellmore and im not sure about other locations

They have regular sized boxes of Kashi for $2 each--great for low carbers.
