Where should i go for Bridesmaid dresses?

Hi girls,

I want to compile a list of stores that i should look at for my bm dresses. i live in queens so if you know of any places in the queens or nassau area (or anywhere that you have found the best prices) let me know....

I got my BM dresses at RK Bridal in NYC. Not sure if that is an option for you. The no-frills plan worked out great for me and the dresses ranged from $111-$150. (I had my girls all pick out their own dress by Dessy and After Six.) All dresses came in about 1-2 months after I placed the order.

I recommend going to Wedding Center of Commack. It has a great selection, at wonderful, below retail prices. (Exit 52 off LIE)
I don't know if that's too far from you. It will probably take you about 45 minutes, depending what part of Queens you're coming from

You might want to check out Bonaventure in Garden City. They don't have good prices but they let you try things on pretty much on your own so you can try stuff there and then look for better prices after.

I live in Queens too - my girls got their dresses from Bridal Reflections in Carle Place, not too far, so good if the girls live in Queens too. Don't go too far, because they will have to go for a couple of fittings. Bonaventure in Garden City is nice too, I looked there for my gown.

I got my gown & bm dresses at Lillette's in Baldwin. They were fantastic. It's a real family business. The dresses were reasonable & the fitting dep't was terrific. They're on Merrick Rd right off Grand Ave. - not hard to get to from Queens. My girls ordered 2 pieces ... all different tops but the same skirt w/i the same line ... they look beautiful!

There is a place in Great Neck called... Here comes the Bridesmaid... I haven't looked there yet, but most likely will be... I have girls from Queens and LI in my BP, sort of a central location! Good luck!

Check out Brava on Austin St. in Forest Hills. I got my dress there (I saw the same dress in another store for $350 more!)

I'm also getting my bridesmaid dresses (Dessy) there -- she gave us a very good price.

I know she also carries Watters and Watters and Bill Levkoff, among others.....

We ended up ordering from Netbride.com, we havent gotten them yet, so I cant give you a review. but I know soncistef ordered her bridesmaids from there.

We ordered Jim Hjelm dresses that were $240 in store without tas and were $158 on Netbride.com with tax and shipping to one address.

I have 8 girls so we are saving at Least $800 dollars if not more.
