Where should we go for our 1 year anniversary?

Where should we go for our 1 year anniversary?

We don't want to spend a lot of $$ since we are moving to FL next week and have DH's brothers wedding in 2 weeks, so we narrowed it down to 3 places:

3-night Bahamas Cruise out of miami
2 nights in Orlando (Universal Studios)
2 nights in Key West

We've been on 1 cruise before (not bahamas) and it stopped in Key West for 1/2 day. We've never been to Universal, but this will be the most expensive out of the 3 since we have to pay for all meals, park tickets, etc.

What do you think???

I stayed on the Island, but I loved every minute of my stay and I toured around Atlantis, the town and Blue Lagoon Island.

Depends on what type of vacation you are looking for. Personally I would either do Universal or the Bahama's cruise.

1) Universal is fun packed & you can be a kid again. DH & I wanted to do this for our anniversary but we couldn't swing it with time off. We wanted to do the 'theme' park thing again before we had kids & had to wait some time

2) Bahama cruise is very relaxing. We went there in 2004 on a Disney Cruise & I was not too fond of the island. I hear Atlantis is beautiful though! For us, the beaches were nothing to be thrilled about. I found Nassau to be very dirty...JHMO

Of course Im going to say Bahamas cruise. It was so nice. I went 2 weeks ago for my bachlorette cruise and I just loved it. Short and sweet.

Bahamas cruise definitely. I've been there twice and would go back in a heartbeat. It's gorgeous there!

I voted for the cruise :)

but for our 1st anniversary we are doing Disney and Universal....I wanted to do this b/c I have never been there and I wanna go before we have kids and we can go on all the rides

We would of did a cruise but DH is sick of them

we did a 3 night cruise to the bahamas (from port canaveral) and we had such a great time! We hit Nassau and Coco Cay-the private island- We had the entire day and some of the night in Nassau-
I recommend it!

We just came back from a week in orlando and spent 2 1/2 days at Universal. To be honest we werent impressed. It is over priced, not well organized a just alot of empty space thru out the park. I guess was nice to see but we arent in any rush to get back there anytime soon. Disney (IMO) is 100% nicer.
