cant find a lot of pics for it :( sad. Maybe ill just call and make and apt to go look there, u said its a club sats right?? maybe we can go b4 they open it for the night or in the am
yeah memorial day weekend through labor day weekend the club is open
Actually the club owners bought the building next door so they are thinking that they arent going to be using that location anymore beginning this summer. They also just re-did the CH room and they are putting down a new floor in the main dining room which is the only thing that does need work...
I'm getting married at Bridgeview and it is on the water and it is GORGEOUS! I have not yet tasted the food but I have only heard amazing things so I am not worried. The ceilings are high and done with navy and off-white fabric. One whole wall is windows looking out to the water and a view of the bridge that goes into Long Beach. Its awesome and the pricing is good so if you want it, FM me. I am getting married on a Friday so I got a little discount and they basically let you do whatever you want! Also, only 1 wedding at a time and the bridal suite is HUGE. It has a full bar, with a bartender, tables and chairs, a balcony that overlooks the CH room and a balcony that over looks the water outside. It also has a private small 'normal suite size' room that has a vanity, private bathroom. The bridal suite is bigger then some CH rooms I saw, literally!!! Its ENOURMOUS, they actually use it for parties its that big! Cathy is my rep there and she is always really busy but you will be taken care of and my co-worker is using a place and paying exactly twice as much as I am and my pkg includes more then hers and I actually think my place is nicer, but I'm biased!
FM me for any more info!

Yeah thats what my BM Cathy said when I was booking in January, but they dont open the club if you are having an event there so brides dont have to worry, but I would still ask.

Re: Where should we look for a reception?
If open and airy, cathedral ceilings and waterviews are what you are looking for Capt. Bill's Bayview House has it all. I wish I could have met their minimum headcount, I would have booked there!

ok, well I've been to Larkfield several times, & the celings didn't seem low to me
We looked at CLM & we're getting married the day before the date on your profile (Sat. night 06*07*08) and you should talk to them it's $115, before tax & tip, I think you should be able to have your wedding there on a Sunday in June w/ t&g still check in under $120
she could do sat night bc she is not having any alcohol.
her registered date is 6/8/08, so I assumed she wanted a Sunday

bridgeview yacht club marina del ray
isn't marina del rey a little expensive?
also JAMNIKE-you said lands end which is also a bit expensive but you did say your mom knows the owners so maybe youll get a good price
bridgeview yacht club will be around the price you are looking for, i had heard someone was quoted $115 pp for a july sat night wedding
Chateau la mer will also be your price
ive never been there but i am going in july to a wedding at the riviera, also heard their prices are great, you might want to check it out
I have heard great things about Rivera as well.
