We blocked rooms at the Hyatt Windwatch and it was beautiful. It was one of the few hotels in the area that had a bar for a little afterparty, and the rooms were so nice. I wanted a special place for us to stay on our wedding night and I didn't want to stay somewhere else from my guests. I highly recommend it, we worked with Heather and she was great.
