where to buy the dress...

I found a dress at Macys that I love...I also went shopping at Lillettes and loved the vibe I got from Gerri. Lillettes did not have the sample of the dress I like but they do carry that designer so they said they could order it for me. The price is exactly the same (from dress to alterations)...would you get it from macys or lillettes?
I love the personal service I get at lillettes but in the back of my head i hear the stories about the non-chain stores closing and the brides getting screwed....which wouldnt happen if I ordered from Macys. What would you do...macys or lillettes??
I have an appt at Lillettes tomorrow just to see the new dresses ( I went in April and since then they got 25+ dresses in) and then i will have to make my decision
