Where to find non-tent perforated paper for placecards?

My placecards are going to be attached to a small pouch. So they are basically small rectangular pieces of paper with a hole punched at the top. I do not want tent cards, although I want perforated paper so I don't have to hand cut 150 pieces!

I found this online but each piece is too big. I want this exact thing but 12 pieces per page instead of 6. Anyone know where I can find this?!?!?

Also attached is a sample of my placecards.

any of the craft stores have them maybe even use the bussiness card that you print yourself from staples and just punch a hole in them
