I've heard of brides going to Barrons in LI.
Barrons is in Levittown off of Hempstead. If you live in Suffolk there's also Attias in Sayville.
Also a recommendation, sometimes you can offer to buy the samples from the store for half as much. You might want to ask. That's what I did and I got mine for a great price!

You can order samples from the company. I went with them because two of my cousins got their veils from there.

I'm looking on that website...and I actually LOVE IT! ha-ha. I'm a dork...how do you know what the veil is made out of. Some veils are that ichy stuff and some are softer...do you know what I'm trying to say because it sounds weird...ha-ha

I think all are tulle, not silk. You can order samples from the company.

Call and ask. Order a sample. 1 of my cousins had 3 layers with a serged edge. The other had a mantilla veil.

Serged edge is just stitched. Mantilla are the veils with the lace edging.

GO TO BARRONS!!!! THey will do whatever you want and they are VERY reasonable...they will also work with your budget! GL!

I went to the Flea Market in Holbrook. I got my veil and headpiece for $120. The veil and headpiece I wanted at David's Bridal was $100 each. THAT was not happening!
