We went to Napa and Sonoma for our honeymoon, which was at the end of August. It's BEAUTIFUL and August is a great time to go because all of the grapes are fully grown on the vines. It's right before harvest season. I wish we could afford to live there, we'd go back tomorrow! FM me if you'd like anymore details.

Definitely Northern Cali.....Big Sur, Monterrey, Carmel. It's on the coast and it's absolutely breathtaking! San Francisco of course, too! Avoid Southern California....I thought it was really boring, hot and ugly
Wine Country sounds nice. Any hotels I can recommend to her.

Totally agree. Northern CA is a million times nicer than the south.
