Hi, I am trying to figure out where we should go on our honeymoon the first two weeks of September. I know this is considered the hurricane season so teh carribean is out of consideration. We would love to maybe do something in europe. ANy suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks. I love Aruba, and I am considering it. The only problem is that I have already been there (and I haven't traveled a lot) so I was kinda hoping to go somewhere new

we ruled out the caribbean because of hurricane season. It turned out it would have been ok but we didn't want to take the chance. We went to hawaii instead and it was amazing. We used travel tom and he got us a great deal. FM me if you want more info

We're going to Bora Bora for sun and fun and Australia for adventure.
Our other option was Europe. We were there in September of last year and the weather was AMAZING in Italy, France and Spain. We probably would have gone to Turkey and Greece.

I work in Foreign Exchange. The Euro/Dollar rate is $1.26 right now and should stay that way if not decrease to $1.20 in the near term. It's more affordable than ever to go to Europe. Also....if Italian banks fail- Italy will be begging for tourism. Wish I had more vacation days!

you could go below the hurricane belt to Aruba, Bonaire, or Curacao. Also, Brazil will be warm and sunny- it will be their spring.

Italy is beautiful. You can start fancy @ lake Como and work your way South to Rome. ITs still warm there in Sept too.

The Amalfi coast is beautiful at that time of year. I went in early/mid October a couple of years ago and the weather was amazing.

My European suggestions are Paris, Greece or Ireland.
In Ireland, you can stay in REAL castles that are now hotels! We stayed in Dromoland castle 2 years ago and it was amazing!
