Do you go to any plain bakery to order the grooms cake ???

I went with Audrey's bakery...and i couldn't have been happier.

I wouldn't trust 'any bakery' with doing detail work that is needed for a grooms cake to look right...

Being able to create a baseball hat or stadium is not the same as being able to make a wedding cake....

I have pics of the 3 cakes I got for Dave in my albums!

we're using sweet melissa patisserie from brooklyn. she was recommended by our doc. pics of our cake next week!!

the wedding or at the rehearsal dinner...

you won't be there to see his expression on the bachelor party night...and i have to be honest - that was the MOST FUN part for me... seeing dave's face light up when he saw the cake (he had NO idea about the Steelers jersey at the wedding).

I got my from audreys.. Dortonis is my fave bakery ever but I had never saw their work for what I wanted

I LOVEEEEEE Red Velvet cake (yes I was selfish)he loves it too, dont worry so I ordered him one from Lord's Bakery in Brooklyn. They specialize in photo cakes, so you bring them an image and your cake really does look like that. They did a great job bc I got a little design happy and made a collage

Im actually researching this now and am either going with cakes by mona or Madam Butterfly cakes in babylon im waiting on a price from her shes does awesome work

I definately want to do this but the only thing that FH is wild about is paintball & I havent seen any cakes or anything that looks like that
