where to put your cardbox

where are you girls putting your card boxes the day of the wedding?

also, are you going to collect cards when you go table to table or have your guests go up and place them in the box?

I'm putting the card box on the table next to us. If you have a wish bowl you can put it there too.

in my vision ' card box on one side of the sweatheart table and on the other side, our cake ...we'll see tho! hahaha

vic in your room there is a place for the carbox. Being a bride already I dont recommed collecting them if you dont have to. Peple are aware of card boxes and its easy to loose track of them as you are walking around. I tried not to collect any but ending up having a few which I put directly into my cardbox

I want to put our cardbox right next to us so that I can see it at all times lol If people give them to us (bc they dont see the cardbox) we will put them in it ourselves... but I hope I dont have to deal with that and people can just put the cards in the box themselves.

I am going to put the card box next to the table that my dad sits at....I am putting him in charge of looking out for it. So it will be in between our table and his table...and if a guest trys to hand me a card I am directing them to the card box...LOL

I paid good money for it so I want people to actually see it and drop the cards in themselves...LOL

My MOH did this. Its a big glass bowl with paper and pens... the idea is for everyone to write a wish for the couple.

Something like ..I wish you a life filled with joy and blah blah blah.

It was a really sweet idea.

i'm having mine on a table on 1 side of the fireplace and our actual cake will be on a table on the other side of the fireplace.

i do not expect people to just drop the cards in themselves... if they do thats cool but if the don't that ok too one of us can drop them in

we have the cardbox to the left of our table and the cake to the right and then directly behind us we are having our memory centerpiece for loved ones lost
