We are not sure, there are sooo many choices and we need to start booking our honeymoon! From the basic research I've done, I think we want to go to Maui and Kauai, and possibly Molokai? We want it to be a beautiful place, but also still have a true Hawaiin feel -- not overly commercial -- if that makes sense. Can anyone tell me where they stayed, and what they thought of it? Also any 'must-see' or 'must do' things? Thanks!

My FH and I booked a Hawaiian cruise with Norwegian Cruise lines. This way we get to see 5 different islands, we don't have to worry about propeller planes or different hotels. We don't have to pack up and unpack every other day. It is a seven day cruise on teh Pride of America. There are excursions at every port. I can't wait. I have never been on a cruise or to Hawaii. Let me know if you need more info on the cruise.

I'm booking my HM this week. I've done lots of research and narrowed it down to Kaui and Maui. I've spent lots of time on tripadvisor.com - great site for Hawaii info on what to do and where to stay. We're looking at either the Hyatt or Sheraton on both islands.

on kauai we stayed at the marriott in lihue. we loved it there! on maui, we stayed at the sheraton. we didnt love it there so much. check out my HM review for more info.

i've heard great things and seen pictures of the hyatt in kauai and it looks really gorgeous! Lots of pools/lagoons. Lots of activities within the hotel and they have penguins, peacocks, coy around the hotel. I'm staying at the hyatt in oahu and kauai.
If ur staying in maui, definitely go to the old lahaina luau (i hear its one of the best). And definitely snorkel around molikini crater! hth

I've had friends stay at the Four Seasons in Maui and then the Princeville Resort in Kauai. They could not stop raving about both!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui... the hotel was beautiful! They had all of these exotic birds around the landscape and even penguins! It was gorgeous!

We're staying at the Princeville Resort on Kuaui, the Ritz Carlton on Maui and the Four Seasons on the Big Island. The Four Seasons on Maui is also supposed to be amazing.

I stayed at the Hyatt in Kauai and Maui. The Kauai Hyatt was life-changing, seriously!! It was without question the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I wanted to stay in Kauai and not go to Maui at all, but it was too $$$ to change our plans!

Oh, and those who stayed at the Kaui Hyatt, if we get a garden view room, are we really missing out??? We want to stay a while, and the rates for even partial ocean view really add up!

i booked the garden view. Seriously, if u want to see the ocean, just go outside! Personally, its not a big loss b/c i dont plan on staying in the room all day. And you'll save $$$ hth
