Where to take pictures for first look?

Hey Everyone! So I'm going to be getting married next May at Fox Hollow and our ceremony will be at night, starting at 7:30pm. Our venue doesn't have substantial grounds and being that it will be dark when the ceremony is over, we are looking into doing a first look and taking a majority of pictures during the day somewhere else on LI. Any ideas for pretty picture locations on the north shore of LI?

I'm not sure how much they charge, but Oheka Castle is beautiful and not far from Fox Hollow.

We've been looking into planting fields, cw post campus, and Vanderbilt museum grounds in centerport.

Where to take pictures for first look?

I plan to do our first look in our suite, I want it to be private space. There are lots of indoor spaces there too though, just maybe not 'private' like what I'm looking for. If you have your photographer booked already talk to them about ideas. Mine had plenty and relieved the concerns I was having with it being March and probably too cold for many outside pics.

I am doing the same, with the same start time. But, if you are looking for offsite- my sister did the Planting Fields and her pictures are gorgeous!

We are getting married in October at fox hollow, same
Ceremony start time, and intend to start our pictures on site around 5:30 (to make sure we get some daylight). The grounds aren't huge but enough to get nice pictures I feel

Where to take pictures for first look?

We are getting married at Fox Hollow in January. We plan on doing our first look in the hotel. Have a few ideas but I will have to see when it gets closer.
