Where to take pregnancy pics.

I was just thinking. I may not be pregnant much longer at all and I really wanted to have some professional pics taken with my family.

Like with Gabe kissing my belly etc..

Does anyone know of a photographer thats good at taking pregnancy photos?

Im in Medford - so anything within 45 minutes or so.

He's in Patchogue.
If anything just go to his site and there are tons of pregnancy pics, you can even get good ideas

My wedding photographer was Laurie Studios in Centereach. They used to have a studio in Smithtown, but now they work from the house, where they built a great studio. He has an indoor studio and a nice outside area to use for photos. I think he has a pond there, too. He does a lot of work with children, so maybe it could work out for you. He did great with the shots of me with my niece and nephew! The best part is that he'll give you digital files so that you can have prints made anywhere (or through them).

I was living in Bohemia when I got engaged, went into Nassau County to see several photographers, then I found Laurie Studios, which is pretty close to my office. It was really a pain that so many photogs. were in Nassau! I was happy to find someone local who was great.

PS--under 'portrait' on the site, you can click to view the his facilities. He will also go to a place that you pick, like the beach, but it would cost more if he has to travel.

Patken in Lindenhurst...I saw some nice pregnancy pic when I went for 'my meet & greet'. I asked my sister why she didnt take them for her pregnancy since this was her photographer

I don't have anything to contribute, I just wanted to say congrats and that I just love pregnancy pictures because I think pregnant women are SO BEAUTIFUL. I plan to take some myself when I'm carrying our child. Good luck

If you want to go the inexpensive route, try Picture People. They are a chain usually located in all the malls. They will do whatever you want. If you want more of a real photography shoot, call Lou at Celestial Photo, he is located in Holbrook and just did my friends wedding. His prices are great and does beautiful work.
