I'm starting to look in to places to hold a christening and need some ideas. I would prefer places in Western Suffolk. If you have any idea on what the pricing was, I would love that info too. Thanks!

Gino's in Islip.........my RD was at the Babylon Carriage House -- that's another great option for a shower, too.

Mine was in bethpage BUT awsome place! HR Singeltons near hempstead tpk. FOOD was great and service was great and had a seap. large room.

try the Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip- great place for a party & they have a few rooms to choose from. Its not 'pub' like at all- very nice inside!

Mine was actually just over Suffolk/Nassau border in Farmingdale at a restaurant called Bella Napoli's. The food and service was excellent!!!!! I think it was $18.95pp, and they provided the big chair, umbrella, and wishing well.

Haven't had mine yet... hehe! Too early, but my cousins was at the Bon Witt Inn on Motor Pkwy & Commack Rd. Another great place is Milk & Sugar in Bayshore on Main St. it's very VERY cute there and they do showers all the time... sometimes they even close their doors to the general public for your shower.

Bellisimo in Amityville is REALLY nice for showers. I also like the Carriage House. I also went to a really nice shower at Gemelli's in Babylon

My shower was at Captain Bill's and we are having the rehearsal dinner there also. I don't remember the price for the rehearsal dinner but will try to find out. The food was great and it's beautiful!!!

mine was at Carltun on the Park in east meadow but out in suffolk i hear the irish coffee pub is great! my cousins wife works there and is always raving about the food!!!

I've had one for another bride on here at Sonoma Grill in Sayville... the food is very good, cute atmosphere....seats about 60 people!

Irish Coffee Pub has great food! Other cute places: Nociello's in East Northport, and my aunt's baby shower a few years ago was at John Harvard's-they were excellent and right in Lake Grove.
