i never bothered looking there, but i wanted to get married at the Castle in Tarrytown it was just too far away. I was booked at the Watermill and then walked into the Fox Hollow and said 'Wow' we cancelled with the WM and booked the Fox Hollow the next day.

I loved, loved, loved the outdoors at Crescent Beach Club -- I so wanted to get married on the beach, but I knew I'd be miserable if it rained! I'd love to take the beach of the crescent, pair it with the indoor views from Venetian Yacht club, and include a glass enclosed ceremony on the beach, and there would be my perfect place. That being said, I love the Thatched Cottage, love the water view and grounds from in and outside, and the fact that their indoor ceremony room has water views.
AWWWW I LOVE where we are getting married too.. I have to tell you Shari...I was there for a wedding when I was 18 and it was such a SURPRISE, I said to my mom... I would love to get married here one day, the swans were swimming the grounds were magnificent and ten years later.... it was a no brainer, it is not a typical catering hall, more 'European' I love it!! Good call
I second the place you listed - we were hoping to get married to either one of those places but site fee alone is $15K. Food, table, music, etc is separate fees.

Exactly....Wolffer was even more than 15K! Just for the site! No tables, chairs, glassware, alcohol, etc!!!
Needless to say we found something that fit us better

Re: Where was your favorite RH
Well I definately wanted to get married in Disney World in the magic kingdom right outside of Cinderella's castle! But price and time was a major factor.... the price was rediculous, you could only do it after the park was closed, and in FL. you can't have a catholic ceremony outside of the church so we were screwed with that too... so then I began my search at home on LI and fell in love with Westbury Manor!
