I'm thinking we'll need placecard holders- but nothing fancy. I already have favors. Anyone have pics to share or places that give you good prices?
I figure I won't be able to find a silver baseball. And I guess if I went with a baseball it would look too much like a little kid's party.

those are pretty bad @ss - i think they have a lot of personality, although i guess they're a little kid's b'day party-ish for a wedding. i think they're awesome though!

I found this one, but it's $25 for 12...not sure I wanna waste money like that.
FH STILL prefers the glove. I told him I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money on these silver round thingies....and he said, 'Get the gloves!' Um, honey that's still gonna cost money!

those don't really look like baseballs and $25 for 12? i wouldn't do it either!! man, i'm looking around too and there's just nothing! what if you use just normal fold overs and put the table number, with the design your sister made to the left of the names?

yeah they aren't baseballs but at least they're silver and round, close enough!
yeah we could do normal foldovers...but they're gonna be oversized and I haven't seen any placecards being sold in that size. Guess we'll have to use the card stock and make do with that. I just wasn't big on the fold over since it's supposed to look like a 'ticket'

This might be kind of silly, but what about using these? You could slip the 'ticket' into the slot.
1. Draw 2 shapes onto the craft foil with a blunt pencil and cut out. (Try to keep outlines simple for easy cutting.)
2. Glue one piece on top of another, leaving unglued space at the top for place card.
3. Create a foundation for place-card holder by bending wire. One part should lay flat against table, with one portion extending to secure place-card holder. Hot-glue wire to back of foil piece.
