I cut and pasted from my wedding site:
________________________________________ Believe it or not, we met on the high school track ('cause we're *SUCH* athletes...) back in March of 2000.
Rich thought Nicole was lookin' kinda cute in her maroon spandex running tights and the previous year's Band Camp tee, so he approached her several times in the school hallways before Winter track practice. Being the stubborn little thing that she is, Nicole wouldn't tell Rich her name - she wanted him to find it out all by himself. He asked around and of course, found out her real name, but continued to substitute 'Beautiful' in it's place. Nicole didn't mind that one, and he's still calling her 'Beautiful', nearly 6 years later.
Our first 'official' date was Rich's senior prom, on May 19th, 2000. ________________________________________

I met Matt at Chelsea Street in East Meadow. His dance moves it what caught my attention -(he gets embarrassed when I tell people that story )

Mulcahy's is in Wantagh... the funny thing is that I was 20 at the time and couldnt get in with my fake ID the night that we started talking... He stayed outside and talked to me... it was very sweet!

We met through his brother, I worked with him. I actually gave hime a hard time about dating because I had just broke up with my exfiance and really didn't wanna date anyone, but i am glad I did

Oh good... I am not the only one then . We met on catholicsingles.com My friend kept pushing me to try the on-line thing... I was completely nervous about it and didnt' want to do it. But I starting emailing the FH and the rest is history.... CRAZY!

I was working at a restaurant when I met FH. he had come in to train. I was Imedietly (sp?) attracted to him, and I offered to stay and train him, and invited him out for a drink after work with the rest of the crew. We stayed at the bar until 4am (not drinking, just talking). As we said goodbye, he took down my number, and called 2 days later, and we went on our first 'real' date.
I guess you could call it love at first site...

You guys have great stories! Mine is pretty boring, mutual friends set us up, although I didn't like him when I first met him and only went out with him again because my friend convinced me to give him another try.
