Believe it or not, we met on the high school track ('cause we're *SUCH* athletes...) back in March of 2000.

Rich thought Nicole was lookin' kinda cute in her maroon spandex running tights and the previous year's Band Camp tee, so he approached her several times in the school hallways before Winter track practice. Being the stubborn little thing that she is, Nicole wouldn't tell Rich her name - she wanted him to find it out all by himself. He asked around and of course, found out her real name, but continued to substitute 'Beautiful' in it's place. Nicole didn't mind that one, and he's still calling her 'Beautiful', nearly 6 years later.

Our first 'official' date was Rich's senior prom, on May 19th, 2000.

My Fh and I met on blackplanet.com. Our first date was at Red Lobster (my favorite fast food) in the Green Acres Mall.

Oh good... I am not the only one then . We met on catholicsingles.com My friend kept pushing me to try the on-line thing... I was completely nervous about it and didnt' want to do it. But I starting emailing the FH and the rest is history.... CRAZY!

Count me in too............we met on match.com. I was 17 at the time and had to lie about my age to even post on it. At the time I felt like the only one too.

we met at a coffee shop.. we were both on line to pay, the cashier was too slow. for some reason we started in a conersation, we exchanged numbers, and the rest is history..

That's too funny. I met mine FH on matchcom and he REFUSES to tell anyone in his family. We are both Italian but his family is very old-school.

I've known him since I was about 15. He didn't really give me the time of day though since he was older than I. After my first husband and I split we became friends and inseperatable since. Of course my family thought I was crazy for getting reinvolved, but hey I just knew he was awesome!

My FH is a State Trooper and he pulled me over for speeding. That is when we initially met and then the following weekend I met him at bar.

we met on frannie lou - i was in the car with 3 of my freinds - and we were just driving around aimlessly, and we saw a truck with cool limo lights - we were staring at it, and then we saw that they shut off the lights - so i yelloed out to put the lights back on - i looked inside the car, and the guy was cutee! so we pulled over and started talking - and we exchanged numbers!! FH doesnt want ppl to know the true story bc its so unlike the two of us to just pull over and talk!! Its been history ever since - 4.5 years!!

LOL.. well, i kind of knew who he was.. cause we worked at the same restaurant.... but we never ever spoke... just hi/bye. One of our coworkers got married and I went to the wedding alone and so did he... we wound up sitting next to each other the whole night and talking... I was smoking occassionally back then but he did not smoke at all... and he smoked like 4 cigarettes just so he can come outside and talk to me... LOL LOL.. he said he was ready to pass out by the end of the night!!!

we 'met' in 5th grade.. we grew up 2 blocks away from each other but were never friends.. we started dating our sophmore year of college.. (4 1/2 years ago).. :)

We actually went to High School together - but were never friends...just had mutual friends and knew of each other. First day of College our Sophmore year - he was in one of my classes...we went out that weekend and we were officially dating the next week...(he took me out to Montauk for dinner and asked me to be his g/f on the beach...it was so cute!!)

And here we are almost 6 and a half years later planning a wedding!!

We met a mutual friends wedding. We got sat next to each other...the Singles table. We started talking and realized we had gone to the same college and lived in the same dorm at the same time, but never met. Its amazing how fate has a plan and no matter how you try to force it things end up the way they are supposed to and happen when they do.
