wheres an easy place to cut back?

so i may have to shift things to get the photographer we want. i've really got my heart set on them, so now i'm going to try and rework our numbers to see if we can swing them. i mean, we're lucky in the sense that we have more than what we would like to spend, so it wouldnt be the end of the world if we went over our ideal limit by a little, but if i can rework stuff, i'd be even happier. any ideas on where i should try to cut first?

I am doing a lot to cut corners.

*No parent albums (making them on shutterfly)
*DIY: Invites, menu, place cards, thank yous (vistaprint), donation card
*low cps, no church arrangements
*1 limo for entire bridal party
*accessories-tricounty (bridal shops 3xs as much)

I have to recommend you check out my friends review. She had an amazing wedding and she didn't spend a lot at all. In fact she's helped me with ideas to save money on my wedding!
