Are most people staying in a hotel/honeymoon suite type thing, or are people going back home? What hotels have nice suites in Suffolk County?

Re: Where's everyone staying for their wedding night?
We're coming back home. We will be home for about 4 days before we leave for out honeymoon. I'll have it set up nicely with chocolate covered strawberries, bagel breakfast, flowers, etc.

I wouldn't recommend the Huntigton Hilton...
It was one of my very few regrets!!

We are most likely staying at the Pierre Hotel in the city. I walked into the hotel one day a few years ago and fell in love with the place! I originally wanted to get married there, but since we cant afford that....Being there the first night as husband and wife sound fitting!

We'll be at THE PLAZA!!!
We booked a suite overlooking Central Park, but we'll still be in our wedding clothes when we get there, so we're hoping for an upgrade!

Re: Where's everyone staying for their wedding night?
We're going to stay at the same hotel that some of our guests will be staying at - the Hampton Inn. Our wedding ends at 1:00am in Suffolk county and FI and I live together in Queens so we're not about to drive back.

We're getting married at the Harrison House, so we're staying there for the weekend. They have really nice suites, although not that romantic.
