Hi, I'm new here and I just had a question. I am getting married in July of 06 and I need to lose 60 lbs before I walk down the ailse. I've been following my usual routine and I have a normal sleeping schedule. I'm eating correctly and I am working out 4 to 5 times a week and keeping hydrated, but I'm still feeling down and my energy levels have been really low lately. I don't know what to do.

I've gotten a few suggestions from a few of my friends such as drink more water, mix up my workout routine and a few said to to try xenadrine nrg, which seems tempting to try.

I need to lose the weight before I get married. I know I have a little over a year to lose it but I want to get a head start before I start to gain anymore weight.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be a great help.

Thanks for all your advice. I have tried the whole weight watchers thing and I didn't like it. I didn't like the idea of obsessing over points and everything that I ate. It was more of a hassle than anything because I constantly had to add up the points to see if I went over for the day. I just feel that it may work for some and not for others.

I also do incorporate weights into my daily work out schedule and I eat rather healthy.

But I decided to try something different. I decided to try xenadrine NRG and it works. I took it this morning before heading off to work and I already have an energy boost and better yet it lasts up to 8 hours which is fantastic. It may be placebo effect, but I will take it!. I checked out their site and I am getting a free pack, www.xenadrinenrg.com.
I am pumped! This excitement is even enough to get me back into the swing of things :)
