Which dress do you like better .....

#1 Jim Hjelm
I would get this one in a deep pink, like a raspberry color.

#2 Dessy
I would get this one in african violet, it is a deep purple, more vibrant than eggplant.
ETA- not in the print!! I would get it solid.

which color are you thinking about for that dress?? there are only a couple to choose from because its an odd fabric. I saw the 'ruby' tonight in person and i loved it, its totally not red, its def a deep pink(raspberry).

I was thinking about the Sage color. JIm Hjelm and Alvina Valenta also have similar gowns in the satin fabric which has a few more options for color. Did you try these on?

ALso, where did you find this dress to try on?

I did see a bunch of other Jim Hjelms, some were similar with a v neck but none had a back like this one. I actually liked the fabric of this one too... it was so light, perfect for the summer, and had a little shine to it but not overly(like an irridescent taffeta). We found it at Bridal Suite in Centereach. They only had a couple from the new JH line. I also love the new one with a sweetheart neck and has a strap only on one side. its navy blue on the website, but i havent been able to find it in stores.

i love the cut and fit of #2!!!!

i would get those for my BMs but......
too many of them have huge boobs so there's no way i could get them to wear something strapless!!
