So for a while, I've known what I was going to have for the BM gowns.. the Bill Levkoff Dress below (in Navy Blue with a cream ribbon around the middle). The girls tried them on, they looked gorgeous, etc. We were going to order the dresses within the next week or two. But, yesterday I went to a wedding and the grooms sister had a dress that was drop dead gorgeous.. now I need your opinion. It's a Jessica McClintock. THe picture is not very good and it's hard to see, but trust me, it's absolutely stunning! I was thinking of doing the dress in a rose color... let me know your thoughts!
I prefer the second one...I love the way the dress drapes!
I'd say stay with your first choice especially since the BM's already tried the dress on etc.
I think they are both very nice....sorry I'm no help....but I'd say always go with your first choice!

I love the 2nd one... although they are both very pretty.
I looooove # 2 ... but I think the first is flattering for different body types. It depends on your BM's.
They all have little petite bods... damn them all! :)
I like them both...I think #2 is gorgeous and really different...everyone will really remember it. I think either the plum or pink would look beautiful. Are the rose buds on your dress pink? Do you have a picture of your dress? Decisions Decisions! I also like the idea someone had about the broach on the gathered part!
Yes, the rose buds are pink on my dress. I'll try to post the dress now, but you won't be able to see the details the pic is too far away.
I like number 2 b/c it is different but it really depends on how it looks on them. The 2nd one though might look weird if they are too thin. The purple is a beautiful color but it will depend on where you have your pictures taken (inside vs outside) that will make the difference.
Well, I think I may have made up my mind.... I think I'm going to go with the first one.. the Bill Levkoff - my original pick. Someone brought up a good point, and maybe this sounds a bit 'selfish' but I think the other dress might be too much against my own. The other one is a bit more subtle... Is that bad of me?

Have you or they tried it on yet? It's probably the most flattering dress I've ever seen... as I was telling the other LIW girls, all of my girls have great bods, but they seriously look so tiny in the waste because of that band that goes around. It's a gorgeous dress! What colors were you looking at having? Suggestion: ALWAYS have RK Bridal quote you a price, most places match prices... From Macy's Bridal (where I got my gown and my Mom's) these dresses were over $200, and I'll be getting them for $150 because they matched RK's price.
