My FI and I don't drink coffee, but my sister made us register for a small two cup coffee maker from mr. coffee, so she can have coffee when she visits!!

Krups!

My FH and I are VERY picky about our coffee. We only use Krups. IMO, it makes the best pot of coffee for under $100.

Have you ever tried that coffee maker before? The reason I ask is because I did, and it's not so good. it has way too many parts to clean and the coffee tastes so-so.

omg, what is a 'programmable coffee maker?'

oh i hate lots of parts - glad you said that . . .the krups is easier?

Krups is much easier. We use a seperate grinder. I never used to think the brand mattered, but it really does.

my mom has the cuisinart 12 cup grind and brew and she loves it. I am not a coffee lover but my FI is so we put it on our registry.

Yes, we've tried it. My FMIL has it and we've never had any problems and the coffee (the one that she grinds anyway) comes out really good.
