I think it depends on what is more important to you. For me, I def. wanted a black BM dress for my girls, and almost anything goes with that :).

It depends on what is most important to you. I picked flowers first (colors) because I knew I had to have cherry blossom centerpieces. I am very flexible with what flowers we have for BM bouquets..so I'll pick those after the BM dress is chosen. I absolutely had to have CB centerpieces, so now I just need to make sure that the BM dress matches!

Pick out the dresses then choose flowers. HOWEVER, you probably want to secure a florist earlier than you have to order BM dresses. You can book a florist way before you have to settle on flower colors with them. We finalized our flowers around a month before our wedding.
