when i was the MOH a couple of years ago, I went first and the best man went second. it was actually good, because my speech was sentimental and his speech was funny. so everyone was crying at my speech, but when it was his turn, he got the whole room laughing and smiling.

Our MOH went 1st and the best Man tied it all up...

I've always seen it where the BM went first and then the MOH. It used to be that only the BM made a speech, but now it's more and more common for the MOH to do so too.

ive only seen it in this order

first MOH
then BM

I don't think it matters. I've been to weddings where the BM said it first and I've been to weddings where the MOH said it first.

I think the BM usually goes first, from what I've seen. Our MOH didn't give a speech, but if she did she'd prob have gone second.

Our 2 BMs went first, then the MOH. I don't think there's a rule...the dj just announced it that way!

My MOH went first, but you can do it however you want.

i always say ladies first, but i think for our wedding we had the best man go first!

I dont think it matters. I was MOH at my sisters wedding and i went after the Best man, but do it how ever you want.

It is up to you. I had the BM go first since I thought his toast was the traditional way and then my moh went.

my DJ took care of that and he had the BM go first then my MOH.

i guess it doesnt matter, but i am going to say my MOH goes first and best man second and he makes the actual toast..
