Just currious to see how many girls are getting married on the traditional saturday vs. other days of the week. im getting married on a friday night and i know a lot more people these days are opting for other days of the week.

I am getting married on a Monday - Labor Day. It was the only day we could afford to have the wedding we wanted!

We originally planned a DW for fri, figuring everyone would fly in on a thurs nite. But when we were convinced to do a local wedding we just kept the date so we could still go on the cruise we picked!!

I'm shocked I'm not the only bride getting married on a Thursday!!!! It's a lot cheaper and next year my 1st anniversary will fall on a Saturday (since it's a leap year!) so it works out perfectly!

Gotta quote Amanda on this! We wanted Sat noght but it was WAY too expensive. This way we can party hardy, chill afterwards and everyone wil stay the whole time and not leave because it's too late

Saturday, late afternoon... doing a lot ourselves to cut costs, and it's outside, so it should still be beautiful.
