Which design on my shoes-with POLL (updated with addtl pic)

Hi ladies...
I bought plain shoes b/c these were the most comfortable, and I'm all about comfort. I was thinking I would add a few crystals to the shoes to jazz it up a bit.

I have mocked up 2 designs and need your opinions.

My shoes (white)

#1 Up closer to the top near my foot

#2 Down lower toward the front of the shoe

just a question...how did u get the crystals to stick on that fabric?? I have evening bags I bought for my BM's and I want to put their initials on them...they are made out of satin...TIA!

For this, I just laid them out on there and used a little tape to hold in place so I could figure out which design I like.
I bought a permanent fabric glue (it specifically stated for use with gems, stones, crystals and beads (I think) to materials and fabrics.

i am going to get more crystals tonight and do my shoes just in case I screw them up I have time to go buy other shoes.
