I looked up FM Entertainment and High Energy for DJs. Both seem to be in my price range.
Anyone have opinions on either one?

We just booked Ralph from High Energy today. We met with him and liked him, he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want, and gave us a great price. Less than I was expecting, in fact. But then it's not like we looked around a lot, we have pretty simple needs: just play the music we like and don't play the music we don't! And he seemed OK with that. I had gotten a bunch of recommendations for him from LIW brides. Didn't seem worth looking around for someone else. (Yes, we're lazy...)

You really should give Vinny from High voltage a ring. He is very honest, Has great reviews, and he is a vendor here on LI Weddings. Tell him Delores & Phil told me to call you.

Ralph from High Energy is the best... i personally didn't care for the other company after meeting them. Completely enjoyed ralph's approach.

Get in Tune is a really good DJ. Ask for Glen. He was really nice. We are using Get in Tune for our wedding. Glen is our MC. The prices are good too. He is located in Ronkonkoma.

I recommend FM entertainment. My best friend booked them. I would have but they were unavailable for my date :(
