Which do you like better??? - Updated with Pics

FH and I both have first names that start with the letter M. So I thought it would be cute to get the personalized MnM's. I just can't decide what to put them in. I found these gorgeous black boxes but they are kind of expensive. Also, my mother thinks we should put them in something clear so people can see them. What do you think?

My name is Michelle and FH's names is Michael so we're doing M&M's too, we're doing pink and brown to go w/our theme and we'll be putting them in organza's bag like this picture...HTH.

I bought personalized MnM's for my son's communion, and bought silver tins from Michaels, and had labels printed. However, we put the labels on the bottom, so people could see the MnM's through the clear top. Inexpensive as well.

This is a tough one because both ideas are great...but I still say go with what makes you happy

I prefer the clear so you can see the colors, as long as you are using the colors that are the theme thoughout your wedding. If your getting multi colored (regular) M&M's then I would use the colored box.

I think the clear would be nice so you can see the M&M's.....but the colorful boxes are nice too!! I'm no help!!! lol

I love the clear boxes. But if you have to put em together , there a pain to assemble, and they crack. Especially when you have to fold them closed. The crease becomes dark white. I'd go with the regular box. Save yourself the aggrevation. Thats JMO.

I agree with your mom - although I do like the black boxes, I think you should get the clear ones so people can see them

I like the black boxes but you probably want the clear ones if they are personalized.
