Which do you like better??? - Updated with Pics

FH and I both have first names that start with the letter M. So I thought it would be cute to get the personalized MnM's. I just can't decide what to put them in. I found these gorgeous black boxes but they are kind of expensive. Also, my mother thinks we should put them in something clear so people can see them. What do you think?

I like the ivory/black boxes. I did that for our engagement party. I ordered bronze/gold boxes and got the ribbons pesonalised. It came out very nice. FM if you want more info!

Go to Michaels before you order ro decide anything. They have a great selection of containers and such, and even carry books on making your own wedding favors.

It might be wirth the trip just to get an idea of what's out there - and they're less expensive than some private vendors.

Hey I am doing the one with the box fo rmy wedding.. we are going to attach vintage style tags to the box..
I think its classic !!!
THey have them on ebay for really cheap!

love the colorful boxes! we did those with personalized m&ms for our eparty... they were a big hit!



here they are on the tables (keep in mind that our centerpieces didn't come yet at that point)

I prefer the clear ones, they look really good.
I also like M&M's, but clear boxes are more serious and elegant it depends on whom you are giving them to.

I think the ribbon on the clear box is a little too 'present', a little too big.

I like the clear ones. We are also doing the M&Ms since those are our initials too. We're using tins with clear tops:

Both are very nice, but I prefer the black boxes.

I know most of the weddings I go to I can't see the favors until I unwrap it at home.
