Which dress do you like better? POLL

I'm doing a black and white theme wedding.

#1- Pricillia of Boston - $270 (alterations included)
Dress will be in black shimmer

#2- Dessy - $189 plus alterations
Dress as shown - black lace over ivory... the whole back is lace as well

I like that the second one is cheaper but I must say that I loveee the first dress so much!

I felt the same way, but I was just in a wedding and my alterations were almost 100, so it might possibly be a 'break even' thing

If price isn't a factor, then #1. Otherwise, #2 is a great choice!

I like the first dress better, but honestly, if a friend asked me to buy an almost $300 plus probably $100 in alterations, I wouldn't be too thrilled about it. I'd do it, but I wouldn't be happy about it.

Fortunatley the first dress includes alterations!!
*plus because I am doing them in black, I feel the first is much more 'reusable' as a regular dress!
The bridesmaid dress I just wore - 140 bucks plus 115 in alterations is getting thrown out!

I chose #1 because my girls tried on #2 and it looked terrible. That was one of my favorites though. Just not flattering on my two girls.

They're both very nice. I think the second one would suit more figures as it's not strapless. The second one is less but as the PP said, alterations might cancel the savings out.
